Boise
Wylder is the pizza spot of the Wylder Restaurant group. The Mushroom Party & Crispy Pepperoni have my stamp of approval. For a lighter option, go with the grain bowl or kale Caesar. At minimum the ranch of the side to dip that crust.
Slow by Slow has the mindset that everything should be done with the time and care that it deserves. They embody that with the chillest of vibes, nicest humans and most delicious latte - personal fav is the old fashioned latte with an old fashioned donut on the side.
Every - Single - Detail of this place is thoutfully curated. From the fire roasted grapefruit cocktail, the perfectly seasoned birria & warm essential towel to close out the meal. I could have sat at the bar for hours getting a peep into the kitchen & watching the flow of the bartenders each curating their craft.
Another gem from the Wylder group. Elevated market vibes for grab & go sandwiches, fresh salads with bold flavor, soft serve, and a small little patio (with wifi). A hotspot for the post-school snack bunch.
When they say an European dining experience, they mean it. Apericena is charming throughout with homey details including a cute patio (that is tented for the winter) and cozy food that you crave. This Cioppino has been living in my taste-buds dreams rent-free.
Certified was my first love of the Wylder group. There may be a little bit of a line, but they work through it quickly and are very friendly. Pro order: certified breakfast sandwich & vanilla orange latte dor now. Snag a bag of English muffins, the sourdough brownie, and the Asian chicken salad for later. (The sprinkle cookie has been calling my name to try soon)
