Found so many gems in the pocket of TriCities: The Endive for quick healthy eats, Fat Cat may have one of the best breakfast burritos I’ve ever had. Moniker for the solid happy hour, healthy bowl & an unreal dessert trifle that I ate in my hotel bed (the only way to do vacation). Not pictured - Indaba coffee used pebble ice and I constantly wish I could swing by for a cup.
Mini road trip through Iowa, so I never miss an opportunity to hit up Pullman.
My trip to Denver really tempted me to want to make the move. Hiking Red Rocks, coffee shop stops, snagged a slice from Redeemer - the napkin holders had me feeling right at home. My new favorite place ever, Leven Deli . I phenomenal sandwich on their homemade sourdough, the croutons in the salad were chef’s kiss & last but not least this tahini brownie that I legit dream about. Tried out Little Man’s after drooling over every one of TayChay’s IG stories. Took coworkers to White Pie - I liked the pizza but I’ve been wanted to try and recreate this salad for a minute. Last but not least, we went zip-lining!!
