every day is another opportunity to eat, pray, love

let's catch up

let’s not call it a comeback, but recently have been sparked to get back into this thing (and podcasting), but of no surprise there are truly not enough hours in the day! With all that said, lets do a little 2021 recap because there was too much goodness not to share.

:)

mini allergy rant - I had been experiencing INSANE skin reactions. After Louisville, I finally decided to take a MRT test and found out that I had food sensitivities with a lot of foods that I was constantly eating “ahem” popcorn “ahem”. I had to cut out all the foods for a 6 month period (no alcohol, corn, dairy, gluten, so many things). It was a rocky road at first but once I started to feel better and woke up with normal eyeballs, it was without a doubt worth it.
